MARTY ENGLE, President and CEO

Marty Engle, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Engle Group, has been leading TEG for more than 25 years. Through her direction and vision, the company has evolved from a small, highly respected computer training company to a leading IT support services provider serving a broad range of government customers, from USDA to DHS to HHS to the FBI.

Ms. Engle provides the leadership and guidance that continues to advance the TEG corporate mission, ensuring the balance of customer focus and employee support that is the cornerstone of TEG’s success. Prior to founding The Engle Group, Ms. Engle designed and developed the curriculum for the USDA-Information Technology Center – the flagship, and first, federal end-user technology support organization. 

Ms. Engle attended George Mason University’s Integrated Studies program specializing in Instructional System Design.

JENNIFER LUCE, Vice President of Operations

Jennifer Luce, Vice President of Operations, provides oversight and leadership across all TEG operational units. With more than 15 years of information technology and business management experience in the public and private sector, Ms. Luce manages and executes programs and projects while focusing specifically on employee mentoring.

Ms. Luce began with TEG in 1996. She quickly advanced from Lead Instructor to Director of Instructional Services, where she oversaw the design and delivery of IT training solutions for a broad spectrum of federal agencies including law enforcement, court systems, and international banking institutions. Today, Ms. Luce provides critical strategic and tactical direction for TEG.

Ms. Luce received a BS from Salisbury State University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at Marymount University in pursuit of an MBA.


ASHWIN KARKERA, Vice President for Technology Initiatives

Ashwin Karkera, Vice President for Technology Initiatives, leads all of TEG’s IT initiatives and implementations. With TEG since 2001, Mr. Karkera ensures the company’s value-added services exceed customer expectations by continually working to align innovative technology solutions with enhanced business productivity.

Mr. Karkera has extensive experience implementing business-technology centric solutions in financial and educational sectors, project/program management, and federal government including but not limited to Operations, Networks, Systems, Application Design and Development, Service Level Management, Policy Management and Security Operations.

Mr. Karkera holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Applications from Greycells Technologies. He also holds certifications for Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL foundations.
